Parts Return Policy for Dealers
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) form. Please contact an Atlantic sales or service representative to receive an RMA. Items returned without an RMA will be refused and returned at dealer expense.
Customer Order Errors
Items ordered in error are eligible for return within 10 days of purchase.
Restocking fee: 0% within 10 days, 15% after 10 days
Freight: paid by dealer
Shipped in Error
Items shipped in error by Atlantic are eligible for return at anytime
Restocking fee: 0%
Freight: paid by Atlantic
Overstock/New Returns
New material is eligible for return if it meets the following conditions:
Restocking fee: 15%
Freight: paid by dealer
Other Terms:
  • Customer account balance can not be more than 60 days past due.
  • New returns must have been purchased in last 12 months
  • New returns are not to exceed 10% of last 12 months purchases
  • Proof of Purchase may be required
  • Special order items may not be eligible for return
Defective Returns
Defective products are eligible for return anytime within the 1 year, field time, warranty period.
Restocking fee: 0%
Freight: paid at dealer request
Core Returns
Cores are eligible for return up to 6 months after purchase.
Freight: paid by dealer
All credits will be issued against the dealer’s Atlantic account. No checks will be issued for any returns.
