Parts Return Policy for Dealers
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Please contact an Atlantic Quality Parts customer service representative to receive an RMA number. Return Materials Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days for the specific items reviewed with customer service. Items returned without an RMA will be refused and returned at the dealer’s expense.
Customer Order Errors
Items ordered in error are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

Shipped in Error
Items shipped in error by Atlantic Quality Parts are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged in Shipment
Damaged items must be noted as “damaged” when signing for the delivery. Original carton and damaged merchandise must be kept for inspection. Damaged shipments must be immediately reported to customer service at 800-940-4363.

Overstock Returns
Overstock is eligible for return if it meets the following conditions:

Other Terms:
  • One Overstock Return is allowed per calendar year
  • Customer account balance cannot be more than 60 days past due
  • Overstock Return Items must have been purchased in last 12 months
  • Overstock Return Items are not to exceed 10% of last 12 months purchases
  • Proof of Purchase may be required
  • Obsolete or Special Order items are not eligible for return at any time
  • Items must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging
  • Items not in resalable condition, or in original packaging, may be refused and returned at the dealer’s expense
Defective Returns
Defective products are eligible for return within the 1 year, field time, warranty period.

Core Returns
Cores are eligible for return within 6 months after purchase.
Freight: paid by dealer

All returns must be shipped to Atlantic Quality Parts in a shipping box/container with the shipping information and RMS attached to the shipping package. No labels or writing should be made directly on the original part packaging.
No parts may be returned to Atlantic Quality Parts freight collect. If returns are shipped collect, the shipping cost will be deducted from any credit amount.
All credits will be issued against the dealer’s Atlantic Quality Parts account. No checks will be issued for any return.
