Getting started with Stens.com
If you're a Stens.com member and wondering how to get started or why you're here, this page is for you. You're on your way to learning more about the basics of using Stens.com. You can use these guides to help you dive into our website full of products and information to find what you need.
Pay Account Balance
Navigate to the My Account menu from the main navigation. Then click on "Account Balance". 
Once you are on the "Account Balance" page, click the "Continue to Payment" button. 
Select the invoices to pay and click the "Continue" button. 
Choose your Payment method and click the "Submit" button. 
View Order History and Order Detail
Navigate to the My Account menu from the main navigation. Then click on "Purchase History". 
On the "Purchase History" page, click on an order to view it's details. 
View Invoices
Navigate to the My Account menu from the main navgation, Then click on "Invoices".
On the "Invoices" page, click on the invoice to view it's details.
Track an Order
Navigate to the My Account menu from the main navigation. Then click on "Purchase History"
On the "Purchase History" page, go to the Track Items column, and click the corresponding shipping link. 
Print a Statement
Navigate to the My Account menu from the main navigation. Then click on "Purchase History"
